A friendly, traditional village hall with up-to-date facilities. Ideal for celebrations and parties

The hall's dimensions are 14m x 5.8m (46ft x 20ft) and the height is 2.6m-3m (8'6"-10ft); download the plan.

There is parking space for 10 cars, including one dedicated accessible space with hard standing.

Access is by steps and a ramp leading from the car park to the main door.

There are men's and women's toilets and a separate accessible toilet with a baby-changing unit.

The maximum capacity is up to 60 seated at tables and 80 cinema-style.There are 16 four-seat and 12 eight-seat tables. 60 padded chairs, 40 plastic chairs and 12 folding padded chairs.

Digital projector, sound system and stage lighting can be arranged.

An AED (defribrillator) is mounted next to the side door.

The hall has been used for parties, celebrations, wakes, bouncy castles, table tennis, yoga, pilates, dance classes and many other activities. We have also had photography sessions and a boules competition in the car park.

Prices

1 April - 30 September:

  • £15 per hour with £50 deposit (no deposit for regular users)
  • £12 per hour for Ladbroke residents

1 October to 31 March (extra £1 per hour as a contribution to our heating costs):

  • £16 per hour with £50 deposit (no deposit for regular users)
  • £13 per hour for Ladbroke residents

The kitchen has a serving counter into the hall. It is equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave, hostess trolley and kettles and has glasses, plates and cutlery.

There is a further serving/reception counter near the kitchen.
